We are looking for a Full-Time skilled Occupational Therapist who will provide individual and/or group services in our outpatient programs in Paoli, PA. The OT will assist people with function in all of their environments and address the physical, psychological, and cognitive aspects of their well-being through engagement with occupation. Specific areas of treatment may include but are not limited to:  upper extremity function training (range of motion, strengthening, tone management, sensation, coordination), activities of daily living training  (self-dressing, self-grooming, toileting, self-feeding), home management training (laundry, room organization, meal planning and meal preparation), community reentry training (shopping, money management), visual training, perceptual training, training in the use of adaptive equipment and compensatory strategies as needed. Provide group and individual occupational therapy services to clients in collaboration with the treatment team. We are currently seeking part time LPNs to work in our residential program located in West Chester, PA. The LPN practices under the direction of a registered nurse and provides nursing and facilitation services for assigned clients. The LPN on the Rehabilitation Team contributes to and implements evidence-based treatment strategies that are related to self-care and that promote physical, psychosocial, and spiritual health. The LPN also provides training to clients or family members regarding how to promote health, wellness and medical stability as well as to staff. Essential Duties & Functions - Timely identification of individuals in need of medical nursing services or interventions. We are searching for a PRN Physical Therapist for our 8 bed residential programs in West Chester and Malvern, PA.  - The therapist will provide group and individual physical therapy services to clients in collaboration with an interdisciplinary treatment team to include psychology, physical, speech and occupational therapies. - This position also trains staff in any necessary techniques or procedures regarding client mobility and pedestrian safety status. - Specific areas of treatment may include, but are not limited to: vestibular issues, pain management, cervicogenic issues, flexibility and/or strength deficits, balance disorders, and development of home exercise programs.

  Key Responsibilities and Tasks: - Research and develop a written strategic analysis of assigned market territory to include industry growth and competition, referral trends in rehabilitation, structure and development of rehabilitation offerings (and opportunities), and key challenges and prospects. - Expand the presence and enhance the image of the organization in the marketplace. - Oversee, track and report all contacts, presentations, and sales efforts necessary to facilitate and track admissions, as well as provide data on the efficacy and impact of marketing efforts. - Develop relationships with payers; attend conferences, in-services, networking events and corporate level meetings. - Facilitate and deliver industry, company, and educational presentations to insurers, case managers, physicians, risk managers, life care planners, attorneys, claims adjusters, discharge planners, other potential referral sources in conjunction with Business Development Liaison (BDL) - Develop new sales opportunities in conjunction with BDL. - In concert with company management team, maintain corporate standards in regards to customer satisfactions with payers/case managers, families, and residents in regards to the Admission’s process. - Perform and assess pre-admission screenings for appropriateness of referral per client needs and goals, the client’s medical evaluation, company services and resources, and any other relevant or pertinent information. - Work collaboratively with the program treatment teams on preparing for client admissions or re-admission to the program including but not limited to: developing medical protocols and providing education / training to personnel. - Support program efforts to build consensus.

We have an immediate opening for a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist to work with adult traumatic brain injury clients at our new Outpatient and home and community program based out of Paoli, PA.  The Therapeutic Recreation Specialist will also be a part of the treatment team  to provide home and community services in the area.  - This full-time role assists in the development and implementation of a comprehensive recreational program, which includes both group and individual activities in the residence and the community.  - This role oversees the individual recreational programs of assigned clients; completes initial assessments, monitors monthly progress, and prepares all necessary discharge plans.  - The Therapist also provides minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote clients’ success in daily living tasks and vocational pursuits, in addition to recreation activities.

We are searching for a Full Time Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to work in our Chester County residential programs.    Working collaboratively in a rehabilitation team model, the nurse practitioner acts as a director of care and addresses client specific medical, behavioral and functional needs based on Evidence Based practices and standards of care.  This position requires attention to the needs of both clients and teams, to assure this quality of care is achieved.    - The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for helping to establish and maintain standards of care for individuals with TBI as well as significant co morbidities; as well as providing routine and as needed oversight of medical and nursing needs for each residential client within the residential program -   The Nurse Practitioner acts in a consultative role performing at an advanced level of assessment/ diagnosis and treatment of acute or chronic conditions that the client may be experiencing - The Nurse Practitioner creates and directs treatment interventions/strategies based on scientific nursing theory, evidence-based practice and principles to promote health and medical stability - The Nurse Practitioner also provides instruction to staff including nurses, case managers and clinical specialists as well as to clients/family members regarding health, wellness and medical stability - The Nurse Practitioner plays a pivotal role on maintaining a focus on reducing and minimizing avoidable complications and supporting transitions of care to reduce negative medical outcomes
