We are looking for a Full-Time skilled Occupational Therapist who will provide individual and/or group services in our outpatient programs in Paoli, PA. The OT will assist people with function in all of their environments and address the physical, psychological, and cognitive aspects of their well-being through engagement with occupation. Specific areas of treatment may include but are not limited to:  upper extremity function training (range of motion, strengthening, tone management, sensation, coordination), activities of daily living training  (self-dressing, self-grooming, toileting, self-feeding), home management training (laundry, room organization, meal planning and meal preparation), community reentry training (shopping, money management), visual training, perceptual training, training in the use of adaptive equipment and compensatory strategies as needed. Provide group and individual occupational therapy services to clients in collaboration with the treatment team. We are searching for a Full Time Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to work in our Chester County residential programs.    Working collaboratively in a rehabilitation team model, the nurse practitioner acts as a director of care and addresses client specific medical, behavioral and functional needs based on Evidence Based practices and standards of care.  This position requires attention to the needs of both clients and teams, to assure this quality of care is achieved.    - The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for helping to establish and maintain standards of care for individuals with TBI as well as significant co morbidities; as well as providing routine and as needed oversight of medical and nursing needs for each residential client within the residential program -   The Nurse Practitioner acts in a consultative role performing at an advanced level of assessment/ diagnosis and treatment of acute or chronic conditions that the client may be experiencing - The Nurse Practitioner creates and directs treatment interventions/strategies based on scientific nursing theory, evidence-based practice and principles to promote health and medical stability - The Nurse Practitioner also provides instruction to staff including nurses, case managers and clinical specialists as well as to clients/family members regarding health, wellness and medical stability - The Nurse Practitioner plays a pivotal role on maintaining a focus on reducing and minimizing avoidable complications and supporting transitions of care to reduce negative medical outcomes

The Shift Coordinator:   - Models appropriate service delivery for residents and mentors Behavior Technicians in the delivery of services to residents. - Communicates information to program management to ensure that appropriate staffing models are in place to address resident needs. - Fosters environments which create opportunities for learning and independence in daily functioning and interdependence within the community. - Provides training to Behavior Technicians as needed. - Leads groups as necessary, providing feedback and training to Behavior Technicians who lead or co-lead groups. - Facilitate accurate and complete data collection on the shift. - Assume the role of primary contact for clinical direction for the shift.
